Where we ship

Shipping is available within the United States.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping time is approximately 3-4 business days after processing.

Due to the current shipping conditions, actual shipping times may vary based on location & carrier.

Damages

MyPupWear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
